My mission is to promote conscious, upful Roots Reggae and to help the artists who perform it. If you would like to have your band included, please get in touch with me. It would be an honor to add any Roots Reggae band to my site.

For the last 4 years, I have been listening to and photographing reggae artists. It is my joy and passion to show the beauty and special light I see in these artists. They have amazing talent and the dignity, humbleness and grace I have found in those trodding the Rasta path.

Many people have asked to see my pictures...artists, venue owners, fans, etc. I decided it was time to put some of them together to show not only those who wanted to see them but also to those who might want to have me photograph them.

To start off the new year, I will be featuring a foundation Reggae group from Jamaica, The Overtakers. Consisting of Ruth and Ruben Brooks as well as LeRoy (Rat) Williams, these artists use only guiar, percussion, rhumba box and their unique harmonies. They play mento, ska and reggae. To fully appreciate The Overtakers, you must see them live. Watch for them.
